I've been out of town b/c of a family emergency, so all of my last few rides have been forced to a stationary bike (someone please shoot me). I'm at 95%...have something like 10 miles left. HAVE NO FEAR. THEY WILL BE DONE TONIGHT. VICTORY shall be ours.  Sorry to hear about your family emergency. Hope everything is OK now! Stationary bikes aren't ALL bad. You can watch TV while on them. Er, yeah, I speak from experience. LOL GREAT JOB getting those miles done! |

I'm at 398/400miles currently. Not bad considering I had only 160 miles on the 15th. I didn't doubt you.... Charlotte is within driving distance of me, AND I have my cattle prod again. (Thanks, Dan!) One way or another, you've had hit that goal. (Prod! PEDAL! Prod! PEDAL!) Great job of getting those miles in! |

Final Reminder: Im going to post the final Peep Wars results in a little over 24 hours from now so please make sure your team spreadsheets are up to date And be prepared... at least one team hit 100% so there may be a few Peeps on BT next month! Donto: Let me know how many days you were sick and we can do the standard reduction Goal/31 * days sick = goal reduction which may or may not help your team not have to be Peeps! |

I'm so far behind (at least I have everything on workoutlog.com for my coach). Thanks for pushing me through the past few days even when I didn't want to jump in the saddle!! |
