I skipped my run today due to work and enjoying some pasta and red wine. Will make up for it tomorrow on the 40 mile ride. Soooooo looking forward to riding outside. Wish everyone a Great Weekend!!! Enjoy your ride!!!!! I have sooooooooooooo missed riding outside. It absolutely positutely made my week there's a 'special' at my local LBS for a bike tune up thing is - i have no idea if they are any good............................ did i mention i just recently moved here? Hmmmmm....does your bike need a tune-up? It might be worth taking advantage of. I've bought a maintenance guide and a tool kit and am trying to teach myself to do all the suggested regular maintenance. If I happen to be successful I just want to let you know that I do work for beer |

Would you rather pay for 25 to 40 bucks for a chain or well over 120 bucks for a cassette? |

Iron Donkey 38643 , Wisconsin | Subject: RE: Team Peep Show - The Sequel I'm supposed to run a trial Mary this morning. Problem - dark, gloomy skies with temps in the upper '30s, and it's raining. I don't have proper rain gear. I'd rather it be snowing. I'm canceling, which I'm not happy about. |
