And I got these brown rice crisps with it. They are low fat and gluten free. Salsa flavored. Kinda like healthy doritos I guess. They were surprisingly tasty!

Nope! I eat tons of gluten They were the only "healthy" crunchy snack this place had so I tried them and was pleasantly surprised!

I make this lemon chicken that is so easy, but so good and it always impresses people. It's with white wine and lemon juice. So yummy. Another standby is chicken with honey and almonds. Love that one. Chicken can be fun.
