skrtrnr - 2009-10-21 12:15 PM and ive been INTENSELY CRAVING PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES....

Nutter Butter Peanut Butter are great on a bike ride.  A little blue g-rade (or whichever brand is on sale at the store that day ) and a 4 pack and the energizer bunny is all fed.

Today is a food day definitely!

OH DAMNITALL.

i should have bought the Nutter Butters and saved me the trouble of baking., BILL

LOL.

yes, i can see where all THAT would make for a VERY well-fed energizer bunny, indeed.

but....

a 4 pack of what?

stacieb

My PF is really hurting me...I was supposed to ride and do my mid week short run, but I am going to give the foot a break today.

Ok well I kind of sort of caught up of the 10 pgs made since I went to bed last night.

What I learned about bacteria--bacteria kind of suck (unless they are there naturally, which in some cases can be bad) if you remove a child's spleen the chances of septic infection increases for encapsulated bacteria (menigococcal, haemophilus influenzae and pneumococcal) so basically you can get meningitis, pneumonia, bacteremia (high bacteria in blood)= bad news bears=septic shock=systemic inflammatory response syndrome=disseminated intraavascular coagulation, acute respiratory distress syndrome, acute heart failure, acute renal failure....also bacterial infections are yucky...more info to come with staph and strep infections later this week...

ya....good stuff
