I'm slipping. I didn't even count, and because of that I just missed toppage. Now I'm sad.

Sorry I just replied to your question and received TopPage.  Sometimes you receive something spectacular when you are just doing something routine.

I am very very bored right now. I am trying to study for a Microsoft test, but there is too much noise in the office. I wish I could just go home and take a nap.

Remember C is always the answer if guessing and crap in = crap out!

Thanks! Now I don't even have to worry about studying, I'll just pick C for them all and hope for the best.

I'm not overly worried about the questions, although MS does put a lot of fluff in them you need to weed out. I'm more concerned with the Simulations that they throw into the tests now.

Is the test part of your job safety also - if you do bad do they get mad?  or is it just to help you better understand the system?

No, I don't need this cert. For now all my job requires is Security+, which I already have. I'm trying to get my MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) just for resume fodder. It's 4 tests and I've already passed 3 of them. I have this test scheduled for Dec 11th.

I'd like to be a network/system admin someday, right now I seem to be following the security track though.

wgraves7582 - 2009-11-05 12:15 PM So Robin's lunch strikes as question in me:

Do vegetarians ever feel full?

I am not being sarcastic I just look at the menus and think that I would be starving on that type of a diet.

What is your main protein source?

Thanks in advance!

Oh us veggies can overeat!  Especially if you're not vegan (I am not) and like cheese.  (I love pizzaTongue out  Protein can be a challenge, but it's doable.  I eat lots of beans (black, lentils, garbanzos etc).  One fav is black beans with salsa & chili's served over brown rice.  Topped with low fat sour cream and cilantro.  Yum.  I've learned to like tofu....it's all in the preparation.  I like it stir fried with a peanut/sesame sauce.  Speaking of peanuts....I eat peanut butter sandwiches for lunch fairly often.  I buy the healthy kind though, no sugar.  You can boost protein in lots of other ways, I sneak protein powder into foods whenever possible.  I'm fairly liberal with food, other than the fact I don't eat meat or fish.

Today's meals...post swim: home made lara bar, b'fast: hardboiled egg, stick cheese, banana.  snack: whole wheat pita chips  lunch:  lentil soup, apple.  Rest of day tbd but will have another snack and dinner will probably be whole wheat pasta with something or the other on top.  Maybe Tom, I heard he likes to be on top.

Seriously, only time I struggle is when I travel.  I don't have a problem with my weight and feel great.  I do supplement iron and b12 though.  Not for everyone and I'm not out to try and convert anyone.  Personal choice.  I'm having the family for Thanksgiving and there will be a turkey on the table for them.

Too funny - now back to reading your post.

BTW - I have not complained about either location that I can recall!

Yes. People stared when I laughed out loud after reading that!
