Yes I do. My wife wants to go to the gym tonight so I don't have any excuse not to get my swim in today, other than I should be helping get the float ready for the parade. Well see how things go. If my wife goes to the gym, I will get my swim in. I also brought my bike to work today so I can go for a ride at lunch. I'm hoping it will help my motivation. |

Of course, they'd just finished the kids' swim lessons. Maybe it's not chlorine that's bother my nose, but "other stuff." I wonder about the same thing... after each and every swim at the Y pool, my nose is running and stuffed up for several hours. Way to go on the swim, Dee!!!!! Does it only happen at the Y? I've only had it happen at this pool. At least, this is the only place I remember it ever happening..... |

Either they sign up to get tasered if they fall behind (punishment) or to get tasered if they meet their goals (reward). Its not an excuse to just taser everyone whether or not they meet their goals. |

Elite 3460 Slackerville, USA | Subject: RE: Team 2 - June Challenge Just got back from my mid-afternoon ride. I should have paid attention to how windy it was when I headed out. I was cruising along not paying any attention thinking the breeze from riding was nice . Then I noticed I was making pretty good time. Then I started thinking and checking the trees, etc and thought "Uh-oh. I might be getting back to work a little late." When I turned around I could really tell the difference. So I was almost ten minutes late, not too bad, but I didn't have time to cool down so now I'm all sweaty sitting at my desk. For once I'm actually enjoying the over-active air conditioning. At least until I'm sufficiently cooled off. |

We really went crazy with post-padding that month. This month is really mellow comparatively speaking. That was the month I more than doubled my post count (not that it was much to begin with) and Bill had a goal to hit 8900, which he changed to 10,000 and still far exceeded his goal. Yeah, that was a fun month. |

I've come to appreciate that my dad was an appliance repairman (retired). He used to drag me along sometimes. Its saved me thousands. I've been able to resolve every washer, dryer, refrigerator repair we have ever needed. In fact you can also add microwave, garbage disposal and A/C to the list too. Thanks dad. I hope your dryer issue works out and doesn't take up the whole weekend. |
