Glad I was able to capture it on digital media! Are you stating your training today? I am! I still want one, but I have long ago come to the conclusion that kitties are weird. I'm looking after 2 cats for the weekend, and after giving them fresh water one of them wouldn't actually drink out of the bowl, but would stick his paw in the bowl and then lap up the water off of his paw. Weird little balls of purring furriness! There will be an hour and a half run in about an hour... so yes, my training is underway - what activities will you be doing for your training? Inquiring minds and all that! |

I give mine filtered water from the fridge .. they drink from the toilet. I shall be going light today as I was worked over by my trainer yesterday. I shall row steady and with purpose for 40 minutes then I shall do many many (about 100) leg raises whilst hanging from the pull up bar .. then I shall get things painfully stretched out and pulled and such in the mobility class. Almost not a workout! Huge, massive understatement for the bolded bit. Hmmm... apparently what you consider 'not a workout' and what I would consider 'not a workout' are completely different. |
