I don't know if you saw my post the other week but I'm looking for some book series for an 11 year old boy. He has read the Harry Potter, Percy Jackson, Chronicles of Narnia, and Legends of the Guardians series.

Neal listed a few I want to check out, I was just wondering if you had any more recommendations.

Morning. Chilling in Montreal. I leave back to Van this afternoon and will have to start packing to head back to Edmonton to catch my flight to Vegas/Des Moines on the weekend.

Still pretty sore, sunburnt on my back and shoulders, my stomach is off, etc. Haven't really slept well due to all of the above. Oh Ironman....

My Mom bought me my finisher's stuff yesterday! I have a fancy new t-shirt and soft shell jacket! Yay! And a sticker for my car!

I'm surprised you didn't just fly straight to Des Moines. Could have cut down on the travel days.

Ya but I have to pack my stuff up to move back to EdMonton...I agree it was stupid though...could have saved myself a lot of pain in the a$$ if I didn't taken this "job" this summer...ie...I could have just gone to stay with my man friend for the summer...the other students in the lab asked me why I didn't...why? Because I accepted this summer position in Jan-feb....boooooooooooooo...haha

I got a few texts from her this morning. She said she feels like someone cut her open and took things out. She also said the doctors have poked and prodded a lot. I think that she should call the cops and press charges for assault.

I think she is on a lot of morphine right now. Her surgery was scheduled for 6:00 yesterday morning and it was almost 3:00 until she got to her room. I'm not sure how long she was in recovery, but that's a long day.
