I am at work now, but I'm leaving a bit early today for my job interview. Tonight I have a 5 mile run planned. It is supposed to snow sometime today, not sure when, but I think it is toward evening or overnight.

wgraves7582 - 2009-12-08 6:21 AM So last night I take the kiddos off to the Y while the wife was at a bible study with her friends.  We get home and go to unlock our door and the key that we stash is missing.  I don't carry keys with me - I hate them - so I hide the car ones and we have a "regular" place for the key (1 of 2).

I call the house where she is (which is only 2 minutes away) and no one answers - I leave a message and start driving over there.  She calls me back and asks me where my key is.  Ummm honey we have been in this house how long and I have never carried keys.  Why is the key not where it always is?

I moved it is her reply.  Well do you think it would be a good idea to tell someone that????????

Turn around and search for a couple more minutes before we find it.

I thought I was going to explode and I am probably in trouble for yelling at her while she was with her friends.  What is wrong with that picture folks??????

What's on tap today?  A blizzard!!

We're supposedly getting anywhere from 4-10 inches of the white stuff and winds are supposed to pick up in the 25-35 mph range with gusts up to 50.

The plan is to leave work early, get a quick swim in, and then hunker down for the evening.

While I don't have a problem with the weather here today, apparently a couple inches of rain and wind gusting all the way up to 25 mph is cause for panic among these poor Socal-ites. Oh well. Days like this just require going with th eflow and watching out for idiots more than anything.

im meeting w Mr. Gorgeous&his expensive leather shoes for breakfast at Panera....

and the meeting up w friends for lunch at Cheesecake Factory.

im hoping to get at least a little shopping done in between, but im thinking im just gonna hunker down at Panera, sitting next to the fireplace and read and tool around on my net book and write and.....


i was 'supposed' to spin and do ST today...but i may go to the Y this eve to get ST or i just might skip it and do it on Friday instead, which is usually my off day.

but regardless im gonna enjoy the day!
