Just a good personal cover letter... I'm not entirely sure. I get to submit CVs for my jobs, so they get to be a lot longer than a standard resume. I do the same thing with a cover letter. That makes sense - you would be proving your credentials right? To take on the job... almost like a contractor pitching for work? I dont think a standard resume needs an objective unless there is a reason to have it.. as long as it has job history/experience and education... oh and name/'contact details... I dont think anything else is neccessary unless its relevant to the job you are applying for. |
