Yeah baby unless they are sandbagging workouts this is ours guys - rock those last 2 days.

I am at 105 all the way around - can't do any more besides cheerlead!

You don't want to see my skirt and pom poms do you? - LOL!!!

Maybe if you show the skirt and pom poms to the bEASTies it will assure us victory.

Just got home from the pool.  That puts me over 100 percent for my swim goal.  I'll being getting in the water again tomorrow to make sure I top it out at 105 percent.  This will be my biggest swim month ever.  I thought I was going to make 40k yards, but as the weather improved, I chose to be on the bike instead!Laughing

BAM! Last bike in the books for 100% all around.

Do we get to go up to 105%? If so, I might take the hounds to the beach for a sand run ... they're not old enough to run, run, but it's fine for them to trot along on hard packed sand, plus they like to splash in the water.

Paul, wasn't it you that said you sometimes show up as being offline when you are actually here? I just read that sometimes is just a quirk and often times is linked to idle time. Do you often just come hang out?

As for the resting HR thing, I haven't done it in a while but I always have a lower HR. The people at the docs office always double check it cuz they don't ever think its right. Maybe I shall test it out and see what it is ~ i'm going to have to set my HRM next to my clock otherwise i'll totally forget...heck, knowing me i'll see it and forget why I put it there!

Yeah...same thing with me.  I gave blood once, and normally they just take your pulse for 10 seconds and multiply it by 6...but one time this lady took my pulse for the whole minute.  I though maybe she just wanted to hold my hand longer...LOL...but she had to make sure my pulse wasn't too low.  They say if it's lower than 50, you get rejected...it ended up being right about 50...which is pretty low considering I was sitting upright, and it was already 4-5 hours into my day.

Got a run and a stretch in. Put me at .4 miles to run for 100% so I will run 2 tomorrow to get me at 105% and a bike to put me at 105% in all 4.

Go TWISTERS.

Just finished my ride.  Felt strong...but the winds were brutal.  The forecast was for winds 22-27 mph...but where I rode, the wind funnels down...I swear it was 25-30 steady with gusts up to 35.

There's also a bay area next to the road I ride on...and I say a 5 man canoe being paddled down wind...and they would have to go right into that head wind to get back to the docks...so I could only imagine how hard it would be for them on the way back...going into the wind, but also into the chop and the current.

Yeah, I don't think we want to see Bill in a skirt and pom poms.  We don't want anyone to get sick.

wgraves7582 - 2010-03-31 5:06 AM Morning TWISTER's - Last Day of March - Let's kick some bEASTies butt!!!!

Commuted again today #9 for the year - not bad for March.  Would love to hit 100 for the year but I think my month tour will make that difficult unless I count those as commutes

I wish I could ride to work.  I would have to leave at about 2 AM though!Surprised  I think I'll stick to the comforts of my truck, cup of coffee, and news radio....
