I can tell you are distraught by this. You have to remember though that electricity and swimming pools DO NOT mix.

OH!  OK, I got pizza but didn't put 2 and 2 together with flowers and the picture until now!

One of my favorite sayings is that pizza is like sex - when it's good, it's really really good - even when it's bad it's still pretty good.

I have a funny picture I'd love to share but it will probably get pulled.  What happens with that - do they ban you?  I think it's really funny.

Bill, Sorry about your dad.  It was good that you had already made the decision not to do transiowa.  I am disappointed that you won't be visiting Iowa soon, but I know you are where you need to be.

Can I tell you that I enjoy running in the Crappy Winter Weather better than this spring that feels like summer weather?  Anyway, I told my new DC when he called to check on me on Monday, that there was a thunderstorm and that's why I didn't run in the morning.  He promptly asked me, "Don't you get more points for that?"  Anyway, that Active Release Technique is AWESOME!!!  I ran 4.38 miles today.  That makes 11.25 miles since Friday!!!

Might do a 5K or 10K on Saturday.

p.s.  we walked to the library today and they had PB&J sandwiches because it is National PB&J Day!  It rained, but it has stopped now so we can walk back home.

Nah, it's about the same as the flowers one IMHO.  I put it in my album.

I rode my bike to krav tonight - about 5 miles.  It was just a light ride so I can learn how to work the gears and all on the bike.  Too dark to ride home, though.  It's supposed to be really nice tomorrow, so I'm going for a long ride, probably on my mtn bike just to get the workout in.  I'll probably do that until I feel comfortable on the road bike.

That would have been appropriate over in the Ghoulie Village today. I was going on about how I love puppies and dogs, but don't like kittens. I don't have anything against kittens except that they grow up to be cats. I hate cats. Yes. I really do.

I LOVE cats.. but that is still really really funny!

haha, don't tell my wife.  Today she mentioned power washing the house and fence.  Must procrastinate on the lights a little longer......
