Subject: RE: Team 2 - June ChallengeI had a good run on my lunch hour today. Well, a walk/run to be true, but good progress nonetheless. I got a iPhone 4 yesterday--yay! I downloaded a podcast for the first C25K workout. It's just silence with a Steven Hawkings-esque voice saying when to run and when to walk, but it worked. It worked very well, I could relax during both my runs and walks without have to hold a watch up in front of my face the whole time. Other big improvement came from a conversation with a coworker yesterday... Me: “That concrete trail sure is convenient to the office, but I think it’s hard on my joints and making it hard to learn to run.” Him: “Why don’t you run in the grass beside the trail?” Me: “Oh.” |
