Of all the things I'd like to do with Melindy, swimming with her just rose a few spots on the list Jan 22...swim off?  Well, we all know you can swim circles around me. I was thinking more along the lines of top off So you really just want me to take my top off...I guess that could be arranged... Or I could make you work for it...and you have to beat me...I would even do backstroke and you could do freestyle...100 for time? Hmmm....how fast can you backstroke? Earlier this summer we were working on drafting during a group workout. I swam freestyle and drafted of a former collegiate swimmer doing backstroke and could barely keep up. That made me feel REAL good about my fs. |

The easiest would be to divide the total cost per Ghoulie. the highest price so far is 2500 divided by 6 (Ann, Amy, Kim Melindy, Neal, and Robin). It is looking like the week is best for all of the places I have looked into. I am awaiting one more response before Kim and I are going to decide what is best for you. There is going to be a deposit. I won't know how much until we book. I'm all for easy. Total / Ghoulies. If anyone feels that this would be cheating them in any way speak up! |

Seriously though, he is pretty good about researching and tracking down the best deals. last Christmas I got the garmin 405, and he paid about $20 more than the older 300-ish version. (Granted, I told him I wanted the older one, but that's besdie the point--I did say I'd be happy with either one. i just never dreamed he'd spring for the newer one). It's the getting him focused and interested part that's hard. Once he has that focus, it's like it's a drug and he's an addict--he doesn't stop until he gets what he's looking for. I use it to my advantage sometimes.  |

His Parkinsons Deep Brain Stimulator battery died so I spent all day at the hospital and they luckily got him in for surgery (thank god we didn't feed him before we left) and now he is at an accute rehab facility for a couple of days to get him back on line. So after all that fun I hit the pool around 9:15pm for a decompression swim - felt great Hope your Dad gets is okay. That sounds terribly scary. |
