Today I get to do the Public End of cycle assessment.  fun for me...

My Boss come in today and I have to think of things to talk to him about for an hour during lunch.  Other than asking him why the 'F' he doesn't want to pay me for doing the Senior Resident Job...I can't think of a conversation starter.

Don't forget to wear clean undies.

Well, I should say that its potentially awesome news but I'm pretty certain that the things that need to fall into place for this to be 100% positively awesome news will do so sometime soon. Stay tuned.

I really need to clean my bike chain.....Probably the cogs and such, too. 

On a running-related note....

Ryan Hall, who a few months ago won the American Half Marathon Championship (setting a course record, too), took 7th at the Flora London Marathon, with a time of 2:08:24.

This was his FIRST marathon.  He beat out Alberto Salazar's and Alan Culpepper's premier marathon times by over a minute (2:09:41).

Part of my "break down" on Friday was because I have too many distractions in my life.  I re-prioritized what's really important to me and decided to discard the rest.  In other words, I'm learning how to say "No".
