Minor detail.

Post pics?  Here?  You are so silly, I have rules you know.  I might post in my blog or album.  There are some good ones of my boy toy and me, too.  Such a nice change to have someone else taking the pictures.  I tell hubby all the time that it's good for him to take pics of me from time to time so that my children will remember that I was actually present while they were growing up which is not actually evident from most of our photos.  I know you all can relate.

Ixnay on the ingredients.  It's much more fun to live in denial about such things.

We are so bad at taking pics (ooh...I owe Kendra a pic, don't I...).  It's cool.  We bought my 11-yr-old a digital camera for his birthday.  We've got all sorts of pics now, and we don't have to worry about him 'wasting' film...it's weird seeing yourself in so many pictures...

I should be writing a test request...heh, I'm as bad as Kristen and her paper grading...

I think Kendra will be back from vacation soon and she will be expecting her pic! 

I know she's doing the Dec swim challenge, so - she'll be baaaaack!

My daughter literally takes thousands of pics!  there is one field trip they took last year that she took almost 200 pictures of

honestly - what could be that interesting about a bus ride and a visit to the state capital?  I sawa the pics, they were of

• people sleeping on the bus on the way there
• people eating on the bus on the way there
• people making goofy faces on the bus on the way there
• people looking bored in some building that looked like it might be a gov. building of some sort
• people standing around outside the bus
• people getting on the bus
• people sleeping on the bus on the back
• people eating on the bus on the way back
• people making goofy faces on the bus on the way back

a few of my daughter's friends were shopping at the mall when it happened, but they are ok (they had 1/2 off of school today)

they were pretty shook up because they couldn't get a  hold of one of their friends, but they finally did

some of the girls gathered up at my house, lots of hugs

they are off to bb practice now - it will be good for them to see that everyone really is ok

Night before - it was a documentary about some African women for charity... what I expected, touching, challenging and a bit eomtional.

you KNOW thats normal after a marathon/race right? give it a couple of weeks to settle....

I didn't want to tell you this during the season, but marathons make you gain weight. Don't worry about it--it'll drop off, probably with more, in the next couple of weeks (provided you don't totally stuff your face and cease doing all activity).
