Trying to comply with the changing of the avatar (still trying to figure out when this came into the challenge by the way) but having issues. So far have deleted the old one, removed the explorer history to remove the cache, uploaded a new one (running) multiple times but doesn't seem to be working. Any ideas? |

The avatar change penalty was on the first post of the thread, right after the instructions on determining which team (east or west): "At the end of the month, the winning team(s) will win the challenge. All other (non-winning) teams will change their avatar to something run/walk related. " http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/discussion/forums/thread-view.asp... When you upload the new avatar, it should say that the upload was successful. Then, try hitting both CTRL + F5 keys simultaneously to refresh the screen. If the avatar is too large in size, it won't load... |

I'm sorry I let you all down. Life got in the way - and for some reason I just lost the will to do any exercise the last two weeks. I hope I get over it soon. I'm still losing weight somehow - just unable to make myself go run right now. |

I'm sorry I let you all down. Life got in the way - and for some reason I just lost the will to do any exercise the last two weeks. I hope I get over it soon. I'm still losing weight somehow - just unable to make myself go run right now. I wish I was losing weight. Although, I have only myself (and the pizza I just ate) to blame.... (And no, I'm not supposed to eat pizza. But that's another story.) As for not meeting August goals, I take the prize for that....  Oh well, September is another month in which to start over, right?
