I would have been happier to be closer to my goal of hitting 200 by year's end, but it's hard to complain when I went from 265 to 213...
I'm visiting family for the holidays, and they have no idea that I've lost weight. I'm looking forward to some surprised faces when they see me for the first time. Now... who's ready for a New Year's New You challenge? Any thoughts on how long to run it? There's always Valentine's day...
