How do I get a picture in my profile?? i tried to upload one, but that didn't work... do I have to qualify for that somehow?? questions, questions, questions.... I just figured it out. Click on the control panel that is in upper left corner above where it says Welcome, ratkat. (Logoff) then scroll all the way to the bottom where it says Upload profile photo. Put in there and hit apply. Or hit browse and find image on your computer that hit ok and apply. Hope that helps. Mel thank you... that worked. |

You've got to make sure your profile pic isn't too big, otherwise it won't load. I think the size was my problem, that it didn't work the last time. Thanks! |

TinkerBeth 23096 Liverpool, New York | Subject: RE: The Mysterious Dark Arts Dark Arts notes – 10/03
In just two short days and change, the Mysterious Dark Arts team has managed generate Ok, now, no promises as to how often Dark Arts notes will be published (famous last words…………….), but – here’s what’s been going on – since you all asked so nicely, I couldn’t disappoint really I just couldn't take the whining any more Travis and Emily are conspiring to steal Dee’s cattle prod, but aren’t sure they can get close enough to take it without knocking her out – we may need to find another source of motivation for the team. Sesame street karaoke is on tap for the celebration party – everyone be sure to brush up on your favorite Sesame Street tunes! Phil already called dibs on being Big Bird. Kendra educated us on some new terms like crunk, emo, and badonkadonk Phil (1stTimeTri)- a recovering pad-a-holic, who has fallen off the wagon (big time!) - Hey Phil, it’s not our fault – hehe. He’s training for the IM Moo ’09! I can’t even count high enough to keep up with how many of the posts are Phil’s – cute new hat btw (oh, and did everyone know he bought a new garmin, but hasn’t told his wife? Oops!) Steve (AccidentalChef) - Steve hasn't checked in yet - I'm sure we will hear from him soon! Melissa (BunnyB) – is a part of the recovering injured team members – she is focusing on wogging (walk/jog) – she’s signed up for a ½ Mary on June 27. Unfortunately her injury is keeping her from doing her first tri, but like the true trooper she is, she is now doing it as a team event! WTG Melissa! (speaking of teamwork – between Melissa and Kathrin, we have a really cool team table!) Emily (esc) – is not afraid of Mila, in fact she sort of likes whips and cattle prods………… She’s also secretly (well, not so secretly) hoping to completely take over Dee’s sig line Cat (kaqphin)- is the hostess with the mostess, has once again done a terrific job of putting together teams and organizing a fun challenge! She’s working through some knee stuff, so is going to approach the challenge slow and steady! Kendra (kns57)- hasn’t been able to run in over a year due to some bad foot issues – she’s getting back into it and will be wralking (walk/run) her way to a win for the team (oh, and she’s looking for inpsiration from the runaholics!) Beth (lastcall2003)- addicted to challenges as well (is there some sort of theme here?) Just moved to PA. Thinking about doing one of the races in the Philadelphia marathon on Nov 23. Trying to decide which distance to do (it’s between the ½ Mary and the 8K) – leaning toward the 8K. Matt (mdb) – from Northern Cali, just completed his first tri a few weeks back and has now joined the ranks with all of us that are hooked on the sport Judi (QueenZipp) – is a challenge addict, no interventions are planned though as this is a healthy addiction – she has a ½ Mary planned for Nov 15, so we know she will be getting in the miles! Kathrin (ratkat) – this is Kathrin’s first challenge and she’s jumping in with both feet – a little birdie told me that she even registered for a 5K WTG!! Thank you for the html for the table as well! She’s headed to Germany later this month, how cool is that?! (although it’s for work….so maybe it’s not as cool as I think) Travis (tlnewman)- a Runaholic, with a Marathon planned on October 19! Ohhh, how interesting – his wife is on another team……..lets win so he has the bragging rights! (could it be that Cat knows how to stir the pot a bit?) – oh and for the record, he will run for beer Sharon (zeefraugtries) – From Louisiana is training for her first full Marathon! And guys, she’s wondering ‘where is the love,y’all, where is the love, the love (talking about running of course – hehe) - she is doing a most excellent job of catching on to the art of post padding Kristin (LazyMarathoner) – Hooked on challenges as well! A late addition, but an early poster to the team! She is recovering from a broken shoulder (nasty bike crash). She was very bored at work yesterday…………(you gotta love her motto about work) Have a great day everyone and remember to Sing Edited by lastcall2003 2008-10-03 8:58 AM |
