Subject: RE: 100 pushups in 6 weeksDid tests for press up, push up and sit up challenges on Sat am. Pushups - 8 max - no surprised there! Situps (crunches really ) - 100! That is a surprise. So now i'm in for the 200 challenge. Squats - 100! - Again a real surprise. Am I doing them right? So, again, now I'm in for the 200. Note: I was out camping this weekend and by Sunday morning it was clear I had done the squats and the crunches correct! I was in a significant amount of discomfort! LOL. Good job I was in a hammock so I didn't need to get up and down into a tent and there was no uphill climbing. First session this evening and I'll log in with it later hope you all are doing well in your challenge. I will look into to those who are current when I get a chance this week. |
