Master 1529 | Subject: RE: Team Vixen - Dec. Limiter Challenge I have to say, I am so proud of my littlest. She had her christmas program last night where they all got up in front of everybody and sang and what not, and she actucally did it!!!!! She is SO shy I didn't think in a million years that they would be able to get her up there and then sing and do the hand motions on top of it. She was also in the front row. YIKES! But she did awesome!! It was so cute. Edit: TOPPAGE Edited by chartierm22 2008-12-04 12:48 PM |

Master 1529 | Subject: RE: Team Vixen - Dec. Limiter Challenge D001 - 2008-12-04 1:46 AM Slugger - 2008-12-04 1:37 AM What did I get up to in WCPT? Something like 21 in a row? Yeah, I talk to myself a lot... Anywho, what challenge is this? Ah, yes, I logged my food AGAIN, yay! It is already making a huge difference - I went out for a run today on my day off so I could have a piece of cake. And yet, I still haven't eaten the cake. I am so, so happy I decided to make this my limiter - it truly was limiting me, and I've known for months that I needed to get back to it, and this was just the push I needed. I even got ALL smilies today/yesterday! I didn't get all eleven, but I got nine of them, which is REALLY good for my third day back to logging. The cool thing is, if I keep at this and stay really diligent, I will be at or near my goal weight by Pittsfield (I think I talked about Pittsfield in the Hot Toddies - it's a killer snowshoe race in March that I am stupidly considering). That and doing the hill runs that I've committed myself to means I might actually survive the ordeal. Yay for food logging! But... a snowshoe race? If it was done in the Bahamas, I'd be game for it. But New Hampshire? Brrrrrr. I'm a cold-weather wimp. Summer = good. Winter = brrrrrrrrr. Dee I agree with you 1,000,000% Summer = GOOD, winter = BAD |

Bryan got me new headphones and an itunes gift card. That is big for him. He usually does nothing! I usually get myself what I want. This year I didn't do anything. So, I was surprised he did! Cole came up to me this morning and gave me a huge hug and said that was my birthday present. I have to say, it is the best one! He is so sweet! Then he sang me happy birthday in his off tone, hearing impaired voice. It was really touching! Liam goes to the YMCA today and announces that I am old today. Thanks buddy! Kids are sooooo funny! |

There must be something about embarassing your parent at the Y. When I was young I said something to a lady at the Y that totally turned my mom bright red, and my girls have said things too now, and my mom just looks at me and gives me that smile that says pay backs are h*ll aren't they. |

Master 1529 | Subject: RE: Team Vixen - Dec. Limiter Challenge WOO HOO, time for me to go, my neighbor call this morning and volunteered to watch my girls for a couple hours this afternoon so I can get out of the house and have some me time. She has two girls same age as mine so this works out great. Going to go to the LBS and look at a trainer and then maybe target to look for christmas presents. |

That means you're in the same time zone that I'm in. And it's 1:47 AM here. Why are we still awake? You are still awake because you insist on w*rking instead of I am still awake because I get paid to be awake and See, it all works out! Oh, and on that other thing, yeah, you can totally blame Beth. It was all her in the first place. So in summary: It's all Beth's fault. |

I'm just not so sure SNOWshoes would be so very useful in the Bahamas.... And yes, winter = brrrrrrr, but it's kinda fun in that "I'm hardcore" sort of way to tough it out. Plus, snow is pretty. And you get to throw snowballs. I think sandballs are frowned on. Oh, speaking of which... DUCK! You may be hardcore. But I'm a wimp. At least when it comes to cold weather. (But not so much when it comes to whipping, tasering and cattle prodding my teammates though. ) Edited by D001 2008-12-04 3:53 PM |
