I know for me right now is busy with holiday stuff. I've got 3 parties this week alone! Last year when I was injured, I really couldn't do anything but swim. So I'd go to the pool in the am and post away on BT at night. This year I'm trying to keep a decent level of fitness in all 3 disciplines plus a couple of strength/core workout per week. Evening comes and I'm a ZOMBIE. I'm going to bed at 9 tonight. I am so flippin' tired. |

How are you feeling? I was a bit dumb and picked up a 4 hundred page book-as usual, I didn't put it down and therefore neglected fluids and food. I am trying to make up for it a bit now. I have my 3 largest water bottles topped of and sitting by my bed, ate four pieces of really hearty toast and am now working on the remnants of my corned beef and cabbage. I think that I will save some for another day-it is a little too rich for me to finish off right now. |
