Artemis - 2008-12-16 11:36 AM Quiet night tonight.

Very - I never know what to expect on BT in the off season

it does seem to be a bit unpredictable

this is only my second 'off season' on BT - well actively posting anyway

Its weird youd think with the cold and being stuck inside it would be busier but its mostly all over the place!

Hi Heather, hi Kitty Cat and anyone else around!

CONGRATULATIONS Kendra and will be sending warm prayers for Baby Owen.

I have a silly cold and am heading back to bed for a while.

Oh no...I didn't realize I created an online virus.

I know for me right now is busy with holiday stuff. I've got 3 parties this week alone! Last year when I was injured, I really couldn't do anything but swim. So I'd go to the pool in the am and post away on BT at night. This year I'm trying to keep a decent level of fitness in all 3 disciplines plus a couple of strength/core workout per week. Evening comes and I'm a ZOMBIE. I'm going to bed at 9 tonight. I am so flippin' tired.

There is less phlegm in me, but I suspect it may send for backup while I sleep.  Still feel great otherwise.

I was a bit dumb and picked up a 4 hundred page book-as usual, I didn't put it down and therefore neglected fluids and food.  I am trying to make up for it a bit now.  I have my 3 largest water bottles topped of and sitting by my bed, ate four pieces of really hearty toast and am now working on the remnants of my corned beef and cabbage.  I think that I will save some for another day-it is a little too rich for me to finish off right now.

I also neglected to take my medications...not the greatest of ideas.  I won't be as productive as I need to be for the next few days.  Fortunately I just hung around for the day so there wasn't anything to trigger an emotional crash.

Hi, NIBBlers!

A drive-by with frozen hands since I can't type very well right now.

Finished up with a 2 hour run in -6 deg F w/windchill.  All is fine 'cept for hands - need better mittens next time.

Night! *HUGS*

They actually aren't black and white...it is the dimness of the forest and cloud cover.  It was soooo breath-takingly beautiful.
