Subject: RE: TWISTER #2Crazy busy day at the pool yesterday. One pool closed for water polo and six people sharing a lane in the other pool. I kept thinking "it's good practice for a race" (thanks whoever suggested that ). Almost got clobbered a couple of times by people messing around. The wind is really bad here too (I couldn't see the mountains from about a mile away because of the dust in the air ) so I went to the Olympic oval to run. Really busy there as well but got my run in. I am now at 105% on my swim goal and run distance goal. I'll hit 100% on my run sessions and 105% on my bike goal tonight. It'll be a wet ride in the snow but I don't think Bill will let me use that as an excuse. It'll be a pretty run in the snow though, although I am hoping this will be the last run in the snow until the fall. |
