I can give you a reason to be in a pizzy mood. I just got an email from the person who interviewed me for the network engineer job. He told me that they made an offer to an internal candidate, company policy requires him to do so, if this person declines he said I will be hearing from him. I hope he declines, but I doubt he will. Let's go smack some people around! I'm on the phone right now with my friend who works for the company. She told me that the majority of the time when you change jobs in the company it is just an internal move and you don't get a pay raise. Let's hope he doesn't like that and he doesn't take the job.

I couldn't bring myself to toss it out but I couldn't figure out anything to do with it at the time, so I froze it. Yesterday I made a yummy Sangria fruit preserves. Dang I am good (sometimes). Got my new shoes in so I am going to try to get a run in- either on the road or dreadmill today. In other news, I got verification from my local doc that indeed I have antibiotic induced tendanosis in my shoulder. Now I get to go figure out what to do about it. |

I was talking to the guy helping me find boots and I told him that it would be nice if they put a store in Harrisburg. He told me that the company actually likes to stay out of the larger markets like that but there has been talk of putting a store in Gettysburg in the next couple of years. I would apply for a part-time job just so I could get the discount. Stay away from larger markets? Crazy. They have two that are near me in Atlanta, and one in my county by the biggest mall in the state. That guy is full of it. |

I may need someone to pick up my race packet for me. I have a soccer game that day at 1:30 and it is an away game. I will see if I can get someone else to coach for me. I have a parent that may be willing to help, and my son's game is in the morning, I don't know if my husband can coach or at least help the parent or not. I won't be getting to DC until evening if I go to the game.
Not a problem. Ghoulies are good at picking up race packets for absent Ghoulies Rocking and rolling in an earthquake is weird. I have only been in two small ones and would like to keep it that way. If Robin doesn't get your packet, I can. Earthquakes are fun as long as no one gets hurt. Liar - I was scared *&%#less when I was in a big one. Watch stuff fall off the shelves at work, and more. |

I am coaching U10 this fall which consists of 8 and 9 year old girls. I have 9 young ladies on my team and 4 of them have never played soccer before. Of those 4, only 2 seemed like they even wanted to be there. I think it is going to be a long 11 weeks. You are going to make it so fun for all those girls they will be clamoring to be back on your team next season. |
