Started off fine, had a good thing rolling along was helping out one of our newer nurses who isn't up to snuff...then the defecation hit the ventillation...it went splat in case anyone wants to know what happens there |

It's only been a couple of weeks. She told me that they pulled the application so it's a matter of time before I get called for an interview. I'm just burnt out and frustrated having to do some of the stuff we do. (like Sunday intubating an old lady from a nursing home with an obvious aspiration pneumonia, or today intubating an old dialysis pt with alzheimer's) And on that note.... any responses from the resumés and apps? |
