I'm registered!  Going to do the 1/2

I'm registered for the 1/2...its my first. Max and Kathy I am also slow and I think that BOPers have more fun!!!!!

I'll be right there with you Kathy!

Has someone organized a BT get together for this race? Maybe Saturday night? Any ideas? locations? times?

Are most of you staying on the Cape night before the race? 

I think I'll drive down race day as we live only about an hour away.

I'll drive there on race day too, but would really like to meet some BTs.  Maybe after the race?

I have a Saturday night reservation at the Hyannis Holiday Inn, so I'll be there by mid day or so.  I'm planning on cruising through the small expo they usually have while picking up my race packet.  Other than that, I'm open.

I just went to register for the 10k, but it said the race is closed and they don't have a waiting list!

So we had a mini BT get together yesterday after the Super Sunday races.  It was lots of fun, as usual.  Just checking to see what our plans were for Sat night, 2/21.  From what it sounds like, some people are going home after the race, so I was hoping we could meet up on Sat early evening?  Maybe some people who are familiar with the area can make some suggestions.  We may need a reservation somewhere, so we also probably need a head count as well.

Also, just booked a room at the Courtyard for $99 on Sat night.  Sounds like they still have rooms availabe if anyone is looking.

Other than being registered for the 1/2, my plans are totally up in the air right now.  I had planned on coming down Saturday afternoon, staying at rcberto's place and then staying over Sunday night at a hotel with my NSO, but now it seems Rob is backing out so I may just make it a day trip.

I so wish I could come cheer for the runners (was secretly hoping to get in the 10k race myself).  Guess not.  Knee still busted.

NSO and I are staying at a hotel in the area (not sure which one yet) and will be down Saturday afternoon in time to pick up my number, hit the expo and then do a BT dinner.

Who's the cruise director?

I don't mind getting the reservations, but I really have no idea where to go.  I also want to get a pretty solid head count before I start calling.
