I definitely want it to count towards our team goals! Depends on if your goals are in minutes/hours, or in distance. If you don't have a cycle computer on your bike, just take the average mph from your most recent outdoor rides, and convert to miles. This is assuming you rode on the rollers at about the same effort as your outside rides. For example, if your average mph on last few rides was 17.5, and you rode your bike 30 minutes, then log 8.75 miles. |
