Hi Team  and welcome to our new team members

Dont forget to enter your logs on the spreadsheet that can be found at the top of page one . There are bonus point for races and bricks : ... that would be  Two (or three) workouts executed one right after  another.

Hi guys,

I've updated the spreadsheet so that it now has a column for bricks and the totals are calculated on a weekly basis. I think I copied everyone's data over correctly (based on what had been previously entered) but it would be worth double-checking!

Also, let me know if you fnd something in the spreadsheet that isn't working as I'll need to fix it on all the others!

cheers,
Gill

Hi Internationals

How you all doing ?

I am wayyyyyy behind, as I started with a recover week, and then I had another 2 days off after my race on Sunday. But there is a 3 day weekend coming up, and I will use it to get some decent training done, so hopefully after the weekend my percentages will look a LOT better

Training is going good for me

As i suspected doing a local sprint tri last month helped focus my training and motivate
me to eat , rest and  train better. Plus it was so much fun to race ....

With all this activity and holding down a job , getting adequate rest is such an important part  the rebuilding process .

I DId  3 days worth of workouts yesterday  ,  not quite a brick as there was 4-5 hours between them .  I am really happy  my  swim workout was a breakthrough  .

Percentage wise i am ahead.

My Olympic  race is in 6 weeks and the only doubt i  have in with the swim , since it gave me  a lot of grief last year .    There is  a  local  sprint  tri  at early June    i will  enter as a tune up for Ventura .

Yes, that would be me. Do you want to withdraw entirely or scale down your target? PM me and let me know -- and take care of those legs!

Great challenge you have put together, and it is good to have the “mastermind” behind the challenge on the team, BUT you have to remember to log your workouts in the spreadsheet else we will never get to 100%

Hey, I have a 100% record in completing my targets for team challenges! (Individual challenges are a whole separate matter... don't ask!!) And I've just about had my fill of spreadsheets this week!! (Don't worry, my meagre totals for this week will be in the spreadsheet before I do the weekly calculations!!)

Looks like someone tried to run a sort and who knows what else on the data.   I moved it back to the previous stored revision which was quite recent.    Nice to see that Google keeps such a thorough revision history.

Hi everyone,

we are not really chatty, aren´t we

I am in Germany this weekend in beautiful summer weather. It is actually even a little too hot for me during the day as I am so not used to the temperatures.

I am flying back to Iceland tomorrow morning and then I really need to focus on biking and swimming as I am way behind in my goals for those 2 disciplines.

I hope you are all enjoying your weekend

Maybe our lack of chat has something to do with us all being on quite different time zones. Plus I have been quite  busy lately.

Hi,

I was called on a trip for work all last week, so I am way behind!  I managed to run and even bike a little while I was away...but I'll catch up!  Haven't had chance to update recently but will tonight.
