Why doesn't anyone have a "Mr. Softie" on their Christmas list?

Trust me, I have LOTS of tri stuff on my wish list.  But I am almost certain to not get any of if, sadly.  My mother likes "actual presents" she can wrap and send.  Gift cards and online purchases just don't happen.  And my mother-in-law basically disregards anything she can't buy at Kohl's, so from her I usually get sheets or cookware.

But my mother loves to get movies.  I swear, each Christmas, half the items under the tree are DVDs.  The other half consists of CDs, calendars, and misc. gag gifts.
