I have a couple of Orca one piece suits and I love'em. No major discomforts, no problems while swimming/biking/running, wearing under wetsuit, nothing…
I t is just a matter of preference.

My husband has a LG one piece and hasn't complained to me about the "adjustment" issue. (we discuss everything else so I don't see why he would hold back on this issue) He pees through his suit on the bike and in the water...don't know about the run though. He is very happy with his suit, says it's very comfortable. On longer races, 1/2 iron and full iron he puts cycling shorts on over tri suit for comfort while riding.
