Subject: RE: WW and friends of WW 8/3 - 8/9Busy thread this week! Can't believe I'm only now getting to it. Welcome to the newbies! I do flex (23 pts/day), and I eat all my extra 35 weekly points and most of my activity points on a regular basis. Have hit a few plateaus but break thru and continue to lose when my activity increases based on my training plan. Always felt like I was starving if I didn't eat all my points, so that seems to be what works for me. On vacation in California visiting family last week and gained about 4 lbs on my scale. Back at the formal weigh-in today (first in two weeks), and I only gained 0.2 so almost all came back off again. Very happy with maintaining! We start a new 12-week session at work next Friday.
