Busy thread this week!  Can't believe I'm only now getting to it. 

Welcome to the newbies!  I do flex (23 pts/day), and I eat all my extra 35 weekly points and most of my activity points on a regular basis.  Have hit a few plateaus but break thru and continue to lose when my activity increases based on my training plan.  Always felt like I was starving if I didn't eat all my points, so that seems to be what works for me.   

On vacation in California visiting family last week and gained about 4 lbs on my scale.  Back at the formal weigh-in today (first in two weeks), and I only gained 0.2 so almost all came back off again.  Very happy with maintaining!  We start a new 12-week session at work next Friday.

Bryan - welcome!  as Kat mentioned - there is a link to a spreadsheet where we track our weight - if wanted, if not that's ok too - we are a pretty low key, but active group that support each other

Peggy -  wow, sounds like your move has brought on some unforseen stress - good luck and know that we are here for you!

Laurie - WTG on maintaining - sounds like you had a great time on your vacation, but got things back under control quickly!  you should feel great!
