Need all the help I can get on the bike (not riding enough is one issue). Like others, I started Tri's with no background in any discipline, but being light and lean, the run has come easier so far - even though it wasn't fun at the beginning - but the bike has me below MOP. Want to improve that for next year. Ditto! My bike is my biggest limiter IMO. Not just how fast I can/can't go but pacing for the run afterwards. |
