Don't have a picture, but Haley and I saw a guy at a local race here with an M-dot ankle chain that looked pretty nice....

I saw a guy with all the different logos around his calf... Canada, IMLP, Florida
Another guy had 10 little black M-Dots almost making a circle around his calf.. one for every race.
Another guy in my club did the island (hawaii) in green/blue with the M-dot on it in red and orange on his ankle.
I really like the american flag in the M-dot.
