The usual 25 minute stationary bike - failed again on the peaks :- ( T2'ed to the treadmill for 5 minutes at 7.0 MPH. walked it down from there.
Hit the pool tonight for 2000 yds in 50 minutes (500 was a kick set ). I was not long tonight, but I was fast. Finished off with a 100yd sprint from the water - 1:06. Not bad for an old, fat, hairy dude!
