I'm racing the Tri For The Cure sprint on Sunday. It was the first tri I ever did so now I feel like I need to do it every year. Plus, I love the cause. The race itself is great! It's a nice, easy course and it's really fun to do it. This will be my 3rd time doing it!

I'm doing this race as well.  Second time around and I'm excited for it!  Last year I did the full sprint course (it was my first ever tri), but this year I'm doing the Tri-it course with my training buddy who just had a baby 2.5 mo. ago.

Local tri club has a summer series of 4 sprints, today was #3. Had a blast! Goodluck to those racing tomorrow!

 Racing the Self Transcendence Race in Victoria BC, olympic distance.  This race is Canada's longest running tri.  I used to lifeguard at it in my younger days so I am excited to race it for the 2nd year.  But man do I feel old.
