Monday would work well for me.

A swim/run up and Sand Point (Windsor Triathlon) might be a good rotation.  Tim has the worst drive, so this might be good for him.

Next Monday at Cedar Beach is good for me.

My only experience swimming at Sand Point has been the Windsor Triathlon, and between the shallow, mucky water, the zebra mussels, and the coliform counts it hasn't been pleasant. Is there anywhere to swim there that has reasonable conditions?

Tabbs and I met someone at the Leamington tri last weekend who had a rough time with the swim and we invited her to join us on Tuesdays. She just called and she was hoping to get in a swim before the weekend when she does Guelph Lake. I offered to swim with her Thursday night at Cedar Beach. Would any of you be interested in another swim this week?

I would be up for a swim tonight.  I'll have to check with the family.

Swimming at my inlaws might be an option.  It's in the river, but not the actual channel.  The water gets deep enough that you can't stand, and the loop is a bit shorter than Cedar beach, but it has some good bike and run options right there.

I'll post a link to a 3 stage brick map later and people can consider it for the future.

Would tonight still be 7 pm?
