Mmmm...sushi buffet. That reminds me of my SoCal days. I loved lunch there. Cheap, good sushi buffets. Cheap, good bowls of udon. Cheap, good tacos from the roach coach.

RuSan's has an open kitchen and it is filled with Mexicans making sushi. No big deal, I know.

I've met RuSan. Nice guy. Excellent sushi.

RuSan is *really* good.

Corn husks are more Mexican type Tamales. Central and South Americans will often use banana leaves.

I was in a store that had one isle that was segregated into Asian and Oriental.....   never figured out what they meant.....

In my store here in the Mucc, they have rice in at least 4 places.  Rice and grains, "hispanic", "oriental" and natural foods.  If one wants to decide between all of these, one does some walkin'.

Renee - 2005-12-06 2:33 PM Is it habanero? It's gotta have habanero or it's crap!

From another fellow hot sauce lover, habanero is great, hot, but great. Have you tried Dave's Insanity sauce?  It is probably the hottest freakin sauce on the face of this planet.  The best gift I ever got was a collection of 6 different hot suaces!

Speaking of the fine Mexicans working in the restaurants, in Atlanta there's a sushi joint called RuSan's. RuSan's has an open kitchen and it is filled with Mexicans making sushi. No big deal, I know.

RuSan's just opened in Athens. Awesome, awesome sushi. And I can't find good Mexican food anywhere around here. After staying in Mexico City for two months, you get to know what "real" Mexican food is. The best place I've found in Georgia was in Cordele. At least they made their own tortillas. Somebody give me a real tamale, not this cheese-covered, red sauce, hamburger meal filled yuck.

Tell me about it - I am in NJ and have never been completely satisfied with a meal I've had at an "authentic Mexican restaurant." Personally, I'd rather eat at Don Pablos than any of those places. I just got back from San Diego and had some GOOOD Mexican there! Yum. Oh, and I love Tamales too!!
