The trainer got fixed and I was able to ride for 50 minutes. I am not cranky any more

oh boy, what a work out. every weight i grabbed felt like a million pounds! ICK!!! but kept going anyway.  Did chest/back bi's/tri's, then ran for 30 min, if you can call it running, and am about to do some abb work.(i call it abb, because i have just one big abb muscle, not 6 little ones ;-) ) bad days are to be expected i guess. but as long as you are out there,, is it really that bad?  Jack.
