Subject: RE: Any creative cooks around here?I'm thinking I would take the stuffing out and butterfly the chops. Grill or pan fry normally. With the stuffing (I'm sure there isn't THAT much), I would cook that and probably mix it with some brown rice or quinoa and throw that in a wok with some other veggies. Maybe some chopped carrots and onions. Toss a few peas in there. You know, anything you got. If you need additional flavor, 1/4 cup of soy sauce or teriyaki. Serve the chop over a pile of sausage/veggie fried rice. In my house, a stir fry is always a good fall back for leftovers. Shread chicken, pork, steak, fish... Ad that to rice and veggies and toss in a wok? Good eats. |
