I am doing my first this weekend.  IronGirl in columbia, md!  I feel pretty good about it as I did the practice race a few weeks ago.  Bike and run are very hilly!!

Good luck to all of you, especially those doing the Lake Norman Sprint!  I'll be a volunteer there on Sunday.  Maybe next year I'll be ready to race.  Smile

Doing my first... Eagle River (Alaska) Tri. I'm not sure if I'm more nervous or excited. Keeping my fingers crossed for sun (60% chance for rain).
