I even had to setting time limits at work so that I could get work related stuff done, but when I don't log on, like this weekend, I find all kinds of excuses to not workout. Then I log in this morning and am, ready to go for the week. By the way if you walk five million miles through the mall shopping with your wife does that count as a workout? |
