What a cutie you've got! (Well, looks exactly like Stanley to me!) They're the best dogs, aren't they? (When they're not being the worst dogs...)

Stan was a rescue and they found the pups when they were 3 weeks old or so. I guess at that point, docking the tail is a real amputation, so we skipped it. It cracks us up though. We always get questions about it from GSP people!

Ten9T6 - 2007-06-14 5:58 PM Here is my little puppy that grew up fast. I really miss him...  Kenny

Whoa! Awesome dog! Do you have any pics of him when he was really small? Really large breeds make such cute pups!

I don't have one of him as a tiny puppy... I rescued him right under 1 year....and he was already 70 lbs or so....I will find one of the same breed and color and post it..

-------Ok here is one.. not of him.. but one the same type and color (Blue Brindle Cane Corso)

They're all so cute!  Kim - I want to kiss Stanle't spotted tummy in that first picture!  We want a dog but right now it's not going to happen.  We travel too much and don't have anyone to take care of the dog if we were gone.  My kids and I donate things to the local shelter once ina  while though and they always let us in to see the animals - it's heartbreaking!  My daughter asks constantly when we can get one.

I just found this one picture of the dog I bought when I was in college.  My mom ended up taking care of her and now she's a shaggy 14 year old.  Think my 2 year old likes her a little bit?  He won't leave her alone when we visit.

MomX3- that's a beautiful Springer. That was what my Katie was, and I want another so badly I can hardly stand it. 14 is really old for a Springer, y'all must have taken good care of her(or him, sorry!)

Here's a picture of mine... She died almost 2 years ago.
