Subject: RE: March: Stick to the planoooh I want in!
Goals:
Swim: 37500 yards
Bike: 550 miles
Run: 115 miles
including at least one 3+hr bike ride (preferably outdoors but not necessary ), one 14+ mile run, and one 2500yd straight swim!
I'm being ambitious by my own standards, but I can't wait to prove that I can do it!
