Peach Out Year (Page 2)

Morning All!

We are well over 2 weeks into the peachy year now. Good work everyone, keep it up! Although I wouldn't mind gels if people want to quit....

I am NOT sending gels yet! I am still completely peachy! Yeah! Though I would like to increase my intensity a bit this week. Trying to be completely peachy has had an interesting side effect for me. Instead of trying to kill myself with workouts, like I normally would, I have to plan for long term consistency. That means scaling back occasionally to prevent illness or injury. I think that this consistent approach will be better for my health and overall fitness in the long run. Yeah!

I ain't sending any gels yet!

Pretty good thanks! I upped my training volume a couple of weeks ago and my legs are still in that tired phase but they will get used to it soon

Still peachy! Yeah! It has been a long time since I have been this peachy for this long!!! I love the look of that peach calendar!

I'm still peach. It's been a challenge at times as my son is on school holidays. B I have done it. Keep it up everyone.

February is going to be a challenge, because I'll be in Louisiana most of the month for the delivery of my first grandchild. I'm determined not to send gels to Australia though, so I'm determined to have another peachy month. Thanks guys!!!

Yup! Still peachy! The last couple of weeks have been rough, but I've gotten it done!

Well, looks like I owe you all some gels... it was worth it though. My first grandchild was born on the 25th, and I was just too preoccupied with loving him and spending time with family to even think about staying peachy. PM me your addresses and I'll get the packages sent off once I get back home.  Thanks for keeping me motivated to stay peachy as long as I did!

Is it OK if I jump back in, and try to stay peachy the rest of the year with you all?

Congratulations Roni. I'm sure it was worth it to sacrifice a Peach. How exciting for you and your family. I bet he is beautiful.
I'm gonna be in Florida in September so maybe you can save on the postage by sending there! lol. actually, I'll make you a deal. If you stay peachy from now I'll let you off..seeing you had such an important and wonderful reason Does anyone else mind?
