Subject: RE: September End of Summer Trifecta Challengeskrtrnr - 2009-08-31 6:37 PM skrtrnr - 2009-08-30 1:43 PM alrighty. here are my goals as they stand now. just when i think i have things etched in stone, something happens to mess everything up. but ive worked and reworked and reworked my fall schedule (one last revision ) so these should be very close to being accurate. if something changes, ill let you know: TRIFECTA GOALS #1 LONG RUNS (which includes a 10K race im using as a trng run ) 40.2 miles #2 LONG RIDES (which includes a 60 mile charity ride, non-competitive ) 190 miles #3 SWIM SESSIONS 292 minutes ill be biking AND running a whole lot more this month than what is stated here, but this way the most 'critical' sessions are accounted (and im held accountable ) for. again. ONWARD HO! stacieb slight change to my goals... #1 LONG RUNS 33.2 miles i finished a 7 mile long run tonight rather than tomorrow so i needed to take it out. the rest are the same. stacieb i need to make another adjustment to my goals (see i should wait before i post.... ) TODD, if youve already worked out the spreadsheets, no worries, ill just make the changes when you post them i realized that i overshot my bike goals. based my 60 miler trng plan on a 150 trng plan. ok. dont need to do THAT many miles to get ready for a 1 day 60 mile ride vs a 2 day 150 mile ride. OI me! so im just gonna change my bike goal to # of sessions this month instead of total miles... #2 BIKE 5 sessions alrighty that should do it. REVISED GOALS for skrtrnr:
