Yesterday I ended up taking a nap on the counch in the afternoon and then had a really hard time getting moving. I did do an easy ride just to watch yesterday's stage. I guess my body just really needed some rest! I feel much better today and got a great ride in! Logs and spreadsheet all up to date too...
Hope everyone else is having a great weekend andgetting lots of riding in! |

Waiting for a plan from my coach, I was off for a couple weeks since my racing was so bad. No more races that suit me this year so I'm going to get ready for Cyclocross season that starts in August/September. How is everyone else doing? |

Hey guys I will get 3 to 4 rides this week for sure and I may even do one today after my swim this afternoon. I am coming off a 15 hour week of training for last week. All my races are in July, August and Sept. so I have been trying to pick up the effort as the first Tri is the end of July. I am hoping to knock off another 100+ miles this week on the bike. Hope everyone else is doing well and hopefully we can make up some ground on these other teams this week. |

Hmmm... probably biking each day, but alternating between good long trainer rides and short trainer rides to catch up on the days's stage. Although tonight I wanted to run then bike a little with hubby while watching the new Dallas. This week is going to be crazy. We're going on vaca next week and this week is the usual craziness of trying to do 2 weeks of work, start to pack things up, workout and not totally neglect the kids...
Next week, I will rock though!! We're heading to Chincoteague where I can basically bike everywhere. : ) |

I have been doing what you are planning to do next week and have been taking advantage of my time off to get as much training in as I can. I got another 20 miles in on the bike tonight so I am good shape for both the stage and mileage goal. |

I know I can do the distances I just need to trust in the training I put in for this. |
