Yeah, she is a great runner.

She won the Milwaukee Lakefront Marathon for her Qualifier. (She scored one of 12 Elite Master's Bibs)

Try something like Eurosport.com (pick the UK section) or BBC.  They may have live coverage streaming. 

That's what I turn to for TdF coverage when i don't have a TV.
