Finally left around 9 or so - I think it will be worth the late night, I feel very prepared for tomorrow! Feels good doesn't it? Me? Oh, a little to much BT time today. I've left myself quite the busy two days to finish the week. There will of course still be time to run and swim, because they are oh so fun. It does feel good! I'm heading up a very major project right now and tomorrow is the first day I turn over deliverables to the IT team - I wanted to exceed expectations, I hope I will You will! I know it! |

Eh? I was wondering the same thing! I have tris on May 31st and June 7th. My tapers are insanely unpredictable, so I had no idea how to estimate my training volumes for the month. Soooo, since the challenges have helped me get this far, I figured I'd stick around and cheer on some BT peeps this month while I enter taper madness. How did you get it for free? Without giving too much away, what part of Chicago are you from? I have people in Arlington Heights. Love the city! It kicks St. Louis's a$$!! Stuck in the middle with you is in Reservoir Dogs? I'll have to watch again.... Good to be on a great team! Whoo-hoo! Monsters of the Midway! I got it through the March BT raffle for having filled out gear reviews. I really needed a wet suit for this season and since things are a bit tight around here b/c of personal coaching...I may or may not have been writing reviews for every piece of gear that I own ANyhoo....I'm right downtown. In River North. |

Now Barb...if you run these last 4 miles at XX pace...you can treat yourself to .... fill in the blank. 9 times out of 10 it's something inappropriate.
