I am in for this Threshold Challenge! I was in on the A$$ December challenge, but didn't fair so well due to holidays and work and eating way tooooo much!

Ran our team held TT today, and unoffically ran 23.6mph average over 4.1 miles. That is down 1.4 mph from the last TT of 2008. A lot faster then I expected, even with the 12 extra pounds from Holiday feasting!

2 Weeks until the next one, so I am in for this months Cycling Challenge!
